Zheng Gu Shui (small bottle - 30ml)   -    £5
This is for aches, strains and sprains. It helps relieve pain fast and can be used as often as desired. Zheng Gu Shui is usually used for back pain, sports injuries; martial artists use it to speed healing in fractures and damage to ligaments. It is for external application only. For people with sensitive skin, please do a patch test first. Avoid eyes and other sensitive areas.

Tiger balm   -   £5
This can be rubbed onto sore or aching muscles as often as desired to relieve pain and increase circulation. It is often used for neck and back pain, RSI, It can be added to hot water as a facial steam for blocked noses and colds.

Ginseng and Royal Jelly - £7

These vials (10 in a box) are used to increase energy, strengthen the immune system and also to improve recovery in athletes. Take one to two daily. Do not use in cases of high blood pressure, acute asthma, acute infections, nose bleeds or excessive menstruation. It should not be taken by those taking warfarin (Coumadin) or phenelzine (Nardil). Avoid caffiene when using this product.
